Drysol solution is a composition of 20% aluminum chloride hexahydrate. Most antiperspirants contains a 20% composition of aluminum zirconium which is not the same as aluminum chloride hexahydrate. Aluminum chloride is far more effective for excessive perspiration and underarm sweating than aluminum zirconium.
